Peppermint is a great edition to any botanical blend. Revive tired feet by adding peppermint herb tea bags to one gallon of hot water.
After the water has slightly cooled, soak feet for 15-20 minutes. Peppermint will not only refresh, but deodorize and invigorate your feet.
Peppermint leaves also have natural astringent properties that are known to tone and refresh skin.
Take advantage of this by steeping 3 small tea bags of peppermint leaves in one cup of boiling water.
When cool, add half a cup witch hazel. Pour into a spritzer bottle and refrigerate.
Mist over a freshly cleansed face in the morning and at night.
